Tagb’s new command center

City hall released photos of the new command center of Tagbilaran City. The central intelligence unit boasts of a huge LED wall which shows the 48 strategic entry and exit points installed with CCTV cameras in Tagbilaran. It will serve as the monitoring hub of the City which would cover traffic, disaster and emergency situations. City Mayor John Geesnell Yap is shown together with IT officer, Ian Tambis. With the early warning LED wall devices also in place, Mayor Yap has built in resiliency in Tagbilaran City. CDRRM Action Officer Gerard Lavadia said that this new innovation will complement the existing set-up of their on-going disaster risk mitigation measures.
