Inmates with drug cases dominate Tagb city jail

Inmates facing drug charges dominate the population of the Tagbilaran City Rehabilitation Center (TCRC) also known as the City Jail.

Reports said about 80 percent of the inmates are facing drug charges.

Currently, the jail has about 420 inmates, more than the 300 inmate capacity.

The facility has 12 cells and each cell can accommodate 140 inmates.
